MI IPL 2025 Full Schedule, Fixtures, Match List, Dates, Venue: Mumbai Indians (MI) will start their Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 season against Chennai Super Kings on March 23 (Sunday) in a heavyweight royal rumble that pits the two teams that have won the IPL five times each. For the Mumbai Indians, this will be a critical season in the IPL especially after their under-par performance last time around under new captain Hardik Pandya. The franchise will be on a high after the women’s team claimed the Women’s Premier League title — their second in three seasons — last week.
While the Chennai Super Kings vs Mumbai Indians game will be played at the Chepauk this Sunday, the reverse fixture will be played at Mumbai’s Wankhede Stadium on April 20. It must be noted that Mumbai captain Hardik Pandya will miss Mumbai Indians’ IPL 2025 opener against Chennai Super Kings due to a suspension for a slow over-rate violation in IPL 2024.
Mumbai Indians will host its first home game on March 31 when the defending champions Kolkata Knight Riders come to town for a Monday evening clash at the Wankhede.
