BCCI invites expression of interest from agencies for IPL media buying

Mumbai: The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has issued an Expression of Interest (EOI) for appointing an agency to manage media buying and strategy for the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025.

The appointed agency will be responsible for designing and executing a media strategy across television, radio, digital media, print media, out-of-home (OOH) advertising, and outdoor innovations.

The BCCI has emphasised that interested agencies must have the capability to manage all these mediums in-house and on a similar scale.
The move aims to optimise budget allocation across various advertising platforms to maximise the league’s reach and engagement.

Shortlisted agencies will be required to submit a comprehensive media plan within a budget of Rs 30 crore (excluding taxes).
